Reiki is a relaxation and healing technique that accelerates the healing process in different areas of your life including your mental, emotional, and physical body.

Each private Reiki session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes depending on the needs of each individual client. If it's your first time at our studio, your Reiki session could be a little longer between 60 to 75 minutes.

Wear comfortable clothes, keep yourself hydrated before and after your session, and refrain from wearing strong smells such as perfume, cologne, essential oils, nicotine smells, etc.  Please, arrive at least 5-10 min. earlier for your appointment. 

Please note: We require that any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment for you to receive a full refund.

*Masks are now optional. Please, avoid coming to your appointment if you think you are getting sick, or you are coughing or have a fever. We will re-schedule.
