In this Sound Healing Meditation with singing crystal bowls, didgeridoos, and flutes, among other healing instruments, you will be experiencing deep states of healing and relaxation. Sae will guide you into a powerful guided meditation as she incorporates Reiki and Angelic energies into the sound of these healing instruments. Each singing crystal bowl resonates with the frequency of each single energy center of your body. Through this meditation, you will experience the opening, clearing, and balancing of your energy centers aka chakras.

 How do the singing crystal bowls work?

The human body is comprised of millions and millions of crystals that resonate greatly with the sound of the crystal bowls. It is in the collagen in our bones where we find a type of calcium phosphate crystal called "apatite crystals" which have a resonation potential. This vibration has an amazing effect on the spine- a powerful sound resonator- defusing along the nerve pathways to the organs, tissues, and cells that positively affects blood circulation, metabolism, the endocrine system, and therefore balancing the energy centers of the body along with cleansing the aura.

What is a didgeridoo?

A didgeridoo is an ancient tribal wind instrument made from a termite hollowed branch or tree used by Australian Aborigines to perform ceremonies. This unique and exotic instrument can produce a deep, calming, and resonant sound that can bring you to a greater state of relaxation. In the western civilization, didgeridoos have been used for many different purposes. However, no one can deny its primordial sound brings powerful healing benefits to your body. Jamie's didgeridoos are custom made from very large agave stalks, known for their resonance and heavy vibrational effects, they are Solfeggio tuned to A432hz to perfectly blend with the sacred sounds of some of our singing crystal bowls. In this certification class, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of Usui Reiki, named after its founder Mikao Usui and how its method of healing can bring a more harmonious, peaceful, healthier, and joyful life. Students will be learning:

Preparing for class guidelines

To have a more elevated experience, please consider the following guidelines:

1.     Avoid alcohol of any form of drug for at least 48 hours before the class

2.     Avoid eating processed or junk food

3.     Set aside a few minutes to meditate (Sit with your spine upward on the floor or a chair and focus your attention on your breath. Breathe deeply and slowly repeatedly 8-10 times).

4.     Avoid tea or coffee the day of the class. Caffeine free tea is fine.

5.     Eat a light breakfast. For example, fruit or low level sugar foods.

6.     Give yourself plenty of time to reach your destination.

7.     Come to class with an open mind!

Healing Drum Circle in the Native Tradition with Michele Halliwell, certified Sound Healing Practitioner of Healing Harmonies.

Join us for the healing sounds of the drum, as we come together in community and connect with each other through our hearts, and the heart beat of Mother Earth.  We will honor the native traditions with a short discussion on the symbolic representation of the circle, the purpose of opening the directions and the connection to the medicine wheel.  We will then move into drumming allowing our spirits to fly freely, accessing our inner child to laugh and play in connection to one another and the rhythm of life!

Basic Meditation Practice workshop by Minyak Rinpoche. 

Reiki My Yoga is proud to announce that we will be hosting an exceptional meditation workshop led by Minyak Rinpoche, who will be also accompanied by several of his fellow monks from Drepung Gomang Monks of India. He has received the highest level of education, after 22-26 years of study and passing rigorous monastic examinations, and holds a Geshe Lharampa degree, the equivalent of a western PhD in Buddhist philosophy. In this workshop Minyak Rinpoche will teach you a meditation practice based on the Buddhist philosophy that can help you establish your own practice  and feel more confident about meditating or deepen it if you already have one. He will take time for Q&A’s after the workshop. This is the first time Reiki My Yoga will host such a special event and we encourage you to experience this unique time in the presence of such peaceful and loving kind and caring beings.

The purpose of their visit is to raise awareness about Tibetan Buddism, their culture and an opportunity for people to learn about their unique traditions and teachings. They seek to promote harmony and peace among all people and within each person to encourage the cultivation of compassion and kindness toward all living beings. Shakti Naam Yoga is the science of sound and light, a practice that harmonizes the body, mind and spirit. A unique fusion of the ancient yogic traditions of the east with the timeless wisdom and light of Universal Kabbalah consisting of sound vibration through mantra, breathwork, movement and mudras. This anti-aging and disease defying yogic practice, activates and strengthens the body's self-healing capacities. Although each class is unique, some of the components of a class would include meditation, chanting mantra, pranic breath work, healing hand meditations, seated and standing cardio movements and asanas.
